RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
The risk in any product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying The Cashmere Company by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases, a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card / Paypal.
You may return any item with proof of purchase within 28 days of the date of invoice to The Cashmere Company's mail order at the address provided below. You must return the goods to The Cashmere Company at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.
Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods The Cashmere Company reserve the right not to accept any return. The Cashmere Company will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods.

You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange. Note: The above policy is for online purchases only, in store we do not accept refunds for change of mind.

Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us. It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to The Cashmere Company and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.

We do not offer returns for change of mind but we will gladly offer you exchange within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange. In the case of a faulty product, we will meet our obligations under the Customer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
