  We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

  RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
  
  Risk in any product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.
  
  You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying The Cashmere Company by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases, a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card / Paypal.
  
  You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of invoice to The Cashmere Company's mail order at the address provided below. You must return the goods to The Cashmere Company at your expense. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached. Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods The Cashmere Company reserve the right not to accept their return. The Cashmere Company will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange.
