  • DELIVERY & RETURNS

    We try to offer a prompt, value-for-money service and this is reflected in our keen delivery pricing, and a returns policy that means you can buy with confidence.

    We aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability). In the event that a particular item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date.

    If you need something in a hurry, please get in touch and let us know. There may be a small additional shipping fee, but we'll do our best to help you.

    Customs duties: Please be aware that customs duties will be forwarded on to the customer. Please check your countries customs threshold if you wish to avoid paying duties on arrival at customs. 

    (Applicable to items sold on this website, unless specified otherwise.  Heavier items sold from our shop in Queen Street, Auckland may incur an additional charge depending on weight.)

    RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

     Risk in any product shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. It shall be the responsibility of the customer to insure products against all risks from the time of delivery.

    You may cancel your purchase of goods by notifying The Cashmere Company by email within 2 days of your order being placed. In such cases, a full refund will be made to the purchaser's Credit / Debit Card / Paypal.

    You may return your purchase of goods with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of invoice to The Cashmere Company's mail order at the address provided below. You must return the goods to The Cashmere Company at your expense.  The returned merchandise must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with garment tags still attached.  Note: if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods The Cashmere Company reserve the right not to accept their return. The Cashmere Company will refund your purchase price to you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned goods. Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery: You should return faulty goods directly to us immediately upon receipt. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange. Note: This is for online purchases only.

    Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in case your package fails to reach us.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return items to The Cashmere Company and obtain suitable insurance for the value of goods enclosed.

    Purchases Made In Store: 

    We do not offer returns for change of mind but we will gladly offer you an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Sale items are not valid for return or exchange. In the case of a faulty product, we will meet our obligations under the Customer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
